Gone Fishing

Katie Severson lives and works in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She attended Massachusetts College of Art + Design and received a BFA in photography. She has an extensive background in both digital and film photography. She is interested in finding beauty in the overlooked and exploring the idea of why things are set up the way they are. Her work focuses on found objects in nature and uses the camera to make people see the beauty in stereotypically mundane scenes.
