The Call of the Wild

My extensive collection of men’s ties come from antique stores, thrift shops, rummage sales, family and friends. These wildlife ties just seemed to belong together, so I created this wall hanging to show them off. The background is linen with swirls of wind and pine trees quilted in.  The ties show wolves, coyote, deer, elk, red fox, and more. The 4-inch sleeve on the back makes this piece ready for hanging.
