Though Poppies Grow

I chose excerpts from the poem by John McCrae, “In Flanders Fields” which depicts a WWI battlefield and is why the poppy is a remembrance symbol of Veterans globally. All from paper, this sculpture includes hand cut lettering and dimensional flowers using a wet paper technique. Details of the delicate dimensions are best seen in person.
