2026 MAL Art Show Entry Form

Postmark by June 25, 2026 and include the entry fee of $30 payable to Manito Art League. The information on this form must be identical to the information supplied on your ID tags. Size of piece must include the frame.

This is a self-juried show. Upon submission of your entry, you may assume that your entry has been accepted unless you have not adhered to the entry guidelines, in which case you will be contacted. You will receive a final confirmation at your email address on July 1st reminding you of your responsibilities.
